Some things are better discovered

We put you in a room you didn't know existed, with people you'll know for the rest of your life, for a moment that can't happen twice.

Velvet Rope Collective creates a handful of extraordinary experiences each year. Each one is built for a particular room of people, in a particular place, with every detail chosen by hand.

The Nashville Experience

October 9–11, a small group of couples will gather in Nashville for a weekend that simply isn’t available to the public.

A private estate. Dinner worth crossing the country for. A private performance from a country music icon, alongside an entertainer behind more than a decade of No. 1 singles. An evening with a former NFL player, for whom football is just one chapter of his story.

The guest list is small, and invitations are extended personally. A portion of every gathering goes to causes that matter. In Nashville, that's the Emergency Services team at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

The Invitation Process

1.

Introduce Yourself

Tell us a little about you and how you heard about us. There's no application form. We read every request personally.

2.

Private Review

We consider fit carefully; who you are, the room you'd be joining, the mix of people already in it. The gatherings are small by design, and curated with the same care we put into the weekend itself.

3.

Personal Invitation

When the weekend is right for you, you receive a personal invitation and a private booking link created for you alone – not a checkout page. From that point, we handle everything.

The Guest List

This is for couples who have done the luxury resort, the yacht, the VIP concert, and found themselves wondering what comes next. For them, the answer is rarely bigger. It is closer. Smaller rooms, fewer people, deeper conversations, and access that only opens up when the right people are in the same room at the same time.

Our guests are accomplished, curious, and generous. They value the moment over the object, and privacy over spectacle; and when the room is right, something happens that you can't manufacture. The kind of moments you could only dream of. Until now.

Some experiences are not advertised. They are shared.
